Guest Retention is an OBHOA program to make sure renters continue the tradition of returning to your cottage every year. On behalf of owners we take care of your vacationers while they’re here, and after they leave. Guests identify more closely with owners and their cottage. Feeling welcome and that they belong can be a compelling reason to return to your house. This alliance is far stronger than with a vacation property manager. Our correspondence is “from the cottage”. We are your ambassador and concierge.
During their vacation week we call guests to make sure they are enjoying their stay. Owners enrolled in the program receive call logs and update notes. You can elect to receive urgent reports when guests are critical of the house or property manager.
Step up additional services such as gift packs to welcome visitors. These can be simple or a few items customized with the home theme. Vacationers treasure keepsakes with the cottage name and image. Stadium cups, a beach pail, or t-shirt. Guests take home and get to keep the lasting memory. After their visit we periodically send postcards to guests keeping them informed about upcoming changes, offseason invitations and special events at the cottage.
Also, included is OBHOA Verified Owner program for guests to confirm their reservation. This program is now part of Renter Retention. Vacationers weary whether their reservation is legitimate can contact OBHOA for validation.
